HVOF Coating

Applying engineered coatings to valve components using modern equipment, specialized powders, and process quality control.

What we do

  • Coating valve balls up to 32 inches across different classes
  • Coating cylindrical components up to 6,000 mm long
  • Coating flat components up to 6,000 mm long and 2,000 mm wide
  • Using WC-Co, WC-Co-Cr, chromium carbide, MCrAlY, Colmonoy, and Stellite powders
Quality Assurance & Control

Quality Assurance & Control
